Co-founder & Managing Partner
Michael Kiflit is a Managing Partner and Co-founder of Gezana Capital Enterprises, LLC. He has roots in the Boston area and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University. Following a decade-long career in electrical engineering, he ventured into entrepreneurship, including the establishment of a tax business. His professional journey gradually directed him towards the realm of rental properties and immersed him into the profit-yielding practices of flipping single-family homes.
After achieving significant success in the single-family real estate sector, Mike redirected his focus to multifamily real estate. Utilizing his expertise in financial analysis and project management, he now creates opportunities for others to tap into the potential of real estate investments.

Naiel Michael is a Managing Partner and founder of Gezana Capital Enterprises, LLC. Growing up in the Sacramento area, Naiel was an established financial service director for over half a decade. Naiel’s background in financial services & management allowed him to easily shift to real estate with his partner, Mike.
Concentrating primarily in multifamily real estate now, Naiel has leveraged his extensive expertise to effectively fulfill his responsibilities as manager for their multifamily properties across the country. His vast network of trusted suppliers continues to expand as they broaden their property portfolio.
